I learned that 9 times out of ten you should call 911 when witnessing a serious crime.  I also found out the proper stance to use when firing a gun.  I found it very interesting to see all the situations in which a gun can and can't be used.  I found all of the information and videos to be extremely useful for learning what to do when certain situations arise.  The most important thing that I learned is that I need to develop a type of plan for different situations.
